🔄 Refund & Return Policy – Chronoé Store

At Chronoé Store, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process.

📦 Returns

• You may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

• The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Personalized or sale items may not be eligible for return (when stated at the time of purchase).

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

• The amount will be refunded according to the original payment method:

  • Credit card: refunded to your statement (processing time may vary depending on the card provider).

  • Pix or bank slip: refunded to your bank account within 10 business days.

🚚 Shipping costs

• If the mistake is ours (wrong or defective item), we will cover 100% of the shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
