1. Refund & Return Policy (Based on COLMI Official Rules)

At Chronoé, we want every customer to receive a product in perfect condition.
Because we work directly with COLMI’s official supply chain, our refund and return policy follows their official standards.


7-Day Return Policy (No Reason Required)

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must have no scratches or signs of use

  • All items must be returned with original packaging and full accessory set

  • The product must be in “like-new” condition

If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused.


1-Year Official Warranty (COLMI Standard)

All COLMI products include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, covering:

  • Factory defects

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by the customer

Not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, impact, or exposure to liquids

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repair attempts


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the issue

After reviewing, we will arrange:

  • Replacement OR

  • Refund (if applicable)


Lost Packages

All COLMI orders include a tracking number.
If tracking shows the package is lost in transit, we will:

  • Contact the supplier

  • Provide a solution depending on the case (refund or reshipment)


Customer Dissatisfaction

If the customer changes their mind within 7 days and the product is unused (like new), it can be returned.
However, refunds for dissatisfaction outside the 7-day period are not available.

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos/videos (if applicable)

We will provide the return guide and next steps.
