Features
The wrist exercise ball provides fully balanced resistance, making it a great complement to any training routine. It works the arms in a way that conventional isotonic training (free weights) cannot, activating a larger percentage of muscle fibers in less time.
If you want to improve wrist strength, grip strength, and overall arm power, this wrist training ball is the perfect choice.
Introduction
Powerful Performance
The maximum rotation speed can exceed 12,000 RPM, generating resistance of up to 32 kg (70 lb). It’s the ultimate wrist training device—use slow rotations for gentle rehabilitation or faster rotations for intense forearm workouts lasting up to 60 seconds.
Great Training Tool
Whether you play drums, piano, saxophone, or guitar, musicians need strong, coordinated, and agile fingers and hands. The Power Wrist Ball helps improve agility, speed, accuracy, and endurance. If you make music, the Power Wrist Ball can help you perform even better.

Note
Use both thumbs to start the wrist power ball (never just one finger). Rotate it slowly until it can no longer move further (this step is necessary; otherwise the speed will not be sufficient to start it). Then release it to begin spinning.
Next, rotate your wrist naturally (without shaking it up, down, left, or right). As you continue the circular wrist motion along the sphere, the ball will spin faster and faster.
Warning: Do not spin the product in the opposite direction during normal use, as this may cause noise and significantly reduce the product’s lifespan.
Special Notice
Please do not attempt to operate the product without proper guidance. If you are unsure how to use it, refer to the instruction manual in the package or watch the instructional video.
